2005年久休復出林憶蓮自以《本色》回歸香港樂壇，在香港紅館舉行《夜色無邊演唱會2005》演唱會。事隔兩年多，Sandy終於在2007年11月在九龍灣國際展貿中心 Star Hall舉行一連10場《憶蓮Live 07》演唱會，成為首位歌手於新落成Star Hall演唱。舞台以白色簡約設計為主，憶蓮全晚換上兩套歌衫會樂迷，但現場音響效果一流，再加上憶蓮悅耳歌聲，博得觀眾掌聲如雷。
憶蓮在個唱選出非一般的大熱歌曲，25首現場作品均是她最愛歌曲，包括︰已故林振強作品「Incomplete」、「走在大街的女子」、「滴汗」，以及最新廣東及國語專輯《本色》和《呼吸》中的「日子」、「玩伴」、「再見悲哀」。演唱至輕快歌曲「逃離鋼筋森林」時，全場觀眾更興奮地站立拍和；而她自彈自唱歌曲「夢了」，令觀眾聽出耳油，此曲由好友倫永亮作鋼琴伴奏。
