  六个葱

  少许姜

  适量青椒

  一个干辣椒

  鸡肉过水可以去除鸡肉的血腥味。芋头在煮的时候不需要煮太熟,因为在烧的过程中还需要煮。糖色一定要炒好,油面上冒泡泡就可以了。
