  煮五花肉的时候根据肉的量来衡量时间,煮太久口感不好,切得会散。豆瓣酱有咸味,这道菜可以根据自己口味加入少放盐或者不放,最后倒入少许生抽调味上色就可以,如果有甜面酱,就可以不放白糖,蒜苗最后放,好看口感又脆也甜。
