  花椒:除湿

  食材用料五花肉

  400克蒜苗

  200克食用油

  适量葱

  2根蒜

  1个生姜

  1个花椒

  少许盐

  适量鸡精

  适量郫县豆瓣酱

  1勺料酒

  适量老抽

  适量白糖
